A rental already running well
Ravi is a Nashville realtor. He owns a 3-bedroom house in Salemtown and ran it as his own Airbnb, with good reviews and guests who didn't bother the neighbors.

The neighbor behind the fence
The person reaching out was Michael, Venturebnb's Nashville specialist, who lives right behind Ravi's rental. He had never had a problem with Ravi's guests, and he offered to run the numbers.
Ravi agreed to talk, partly as a realtor. Even if it wasn't a fit for him, he figured one of his clients might use it. He went through the management agreement line by line before he signed in September 2024.
The switch
Onboarding started in October 2024. Ravi approved a supply list and a refreshed color scheme for the house, and the team built a new listing.
One of his first questions was whether his existing reviews could carry over. The new listing went live on November 24, 2024.
What changed
The house runs without Ravi now. Venturebnb's team handles the guests, cleaning, restocking and maintenance, and Ravi checks in through quarterly reviews.
He also kept his permit current with the city, renewing it through July 2027, so the rental can keep booking.

Over the 12 months from September 2025 to August 2026, the house earned $59,761 at 68% occupancy, with a 4.86-star rating across 56 guest reviews.
Ravi now sends his own buyers to Venturebnb when they want to run the numbers on a short-term rental purchase.
