Before you book.

How does booking work?

Pick a home and your dates here, then book on our secure booking site. It runs on Guesty, the system our team uses to manage every reservation, so your booking goes straight to the people who look after the home. You see the total before you confirm.

Can we have a party or event?

No. Parties, events and gatherings are not allowed at our homes, including birthdays and reunions. Only the guests on your booking can be at the home, and our homes sit in real neighborhoods, so please keep it a quiet stay.

Is there a minimum age to book?

At most of our homes the person booking must be at least 25. Each home lists its rules before you book.

Do you accept local guests?

Our homes are for travelers. We generally do not take local bookings for one or two nights, and if a local stay is approved, a security deposit is required.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, at 87 of our homes. Look for “Pets allowed” on the home, and check its pet rules before you book.

Is smoking allowed?

No. All of our homes are non-smoking.

What is the cancellation policy?

It depends on the home. You will see it on the booking page before you pay.

How do I reach you during my stay?

Use the contact details in your booking confirmation, or email guestexperience@venturebnb.io. Our local team answers day and night.
