A family listing, run from Texas
Krystle's family owns a 2-bedroom condo in East Nashville. They ran it as their own Airbnb and named it Wildflower Nash, after the Dolly Parton song.
They did a lot right. The listing earned Guest Favorite status, and Krystle even sat on the building's HOA. But she lives in Killeen, Texas, and running a Nashville rental from there is hard. By early 2025 the bookings had dropped off.
Why they called
Krystle booked an intro call with Venturebnb in February 2025. The team showed her what comparable 2-bedroom units nearby were earning, and how much lower her cleaning costs could run with Venturebnb's own crews.
She took the numbers to the rest of the family. They decided together, and the deal was signed two days later.
The first week
The new listing went live within days, on February 25. The family already had guests booked for April on their old listing, so the team joined it as co-host to look after those guests while the new listing took over.
The team used the family's own photos to get live fast. They set up building access with the HOA manager the same morning, and they cleaned the unit for the family's own stay in early March. The bookings came quickly.
What changed
Monthly revenue went from $2,100 to $6,250, and occupancy climbed from 43% to 87%.
The day-to-day work moved off the family's plate too. When the building's garage door failed in March, the team sent a handyman and worked it out with building management. That summer, Krystle referred another owner to Venturebnb.
Where it stands now
Krystle's condo is still with Venturebnb a year and a half later. Over the 12 months to August 2026 it earned $53,834 at 71% occupancy, with a 4.89-star rating across 74 guest reviews.
The family still uses it for their own trips to Nashville. They block the dates, and the team handles the clean.
Questions owners ask
Your guests stay booked. When Krystle's family switched, the team joined their old listing as co-host to look after the guests already on it while the new listing went live.
Yes. Block the dates you want. Krystle's family stayed in early March 2025, a week after the switch, and the team cleaned before and after.
We do. In a condo building, the team works directly with building management on access and repairs, like the garage door issue at Krystle's building in March 2025.
