Kyle and his family moved from Louisville to Chattanooga and kept their house as a rental. It's a 5-bedroom with room to book as one big home or as separate units.

Why he called

On the intro call in August 2024 he asked what full-service actually covers. The answer was weekly handyman visits, trash, mowing and yard work, plus the guests and the cleaning.
The first month
The team walked the house on August 14, 2024 and set it up the next day. They stocked linens and supplies for each unit before the first guests arrived.
Kyle noticed the difference right away. In his words, the first month they took over "we already had an almost full schedule instead of it being just like here and there."
What changed
Monthly revenue went from $4,250 to $6,046, and occupancy nearly doubled, from 31% to 60%.
The work moved off Kyle's plate too. When a plumbing problem hit one night in September 2024, the team had a handyman scheduled that same evening. After the September numbers came in, Kyle's reply was two words: "Great month!"

Two years later, the house is still with Venturebnb, with a 4.81-star rating across 75 guest reviews in the 12 months to August 2026.
